This intelligent unmanned power supply system can be embedded as a supporting component into AGV shuttle equipment, supporting independent operation and reliably adapting to the daily power supply needs of shuttle logistics operations.
The battery delivers stable and efficient power output for AGV shuttle vehicles, effectively avoiding work interruptions and ensuring continuous, efficient operation in demanding logistics environments. With high energy density, it achieves equal energy supply in a smaller footprint, making it ideal for the compact equipment cabinet spaces of shuttle cars. Equipped with a dedicated intelligent Battery Management System (BMS), the TU-4852A12-R02 provides real-time monitoring of individual cell voltage, total voltage, total current, temperature, and other critical parameters. Comprehensive multi-level protection strategies and fault isolation measures safeguard against overcharge, over-discharge, overheating, short circuits, and thermal runaway, ensuring the safety and stability of the backup power system while extending service life and improving utilization efficiency.
