The TU-4852A12-R03 is a high-performance LiFePO₄ battery pack designed for AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) track transportation systems operating in normal temperature logistics environments. This intelligent unmanned power supply system is embedded as a supporting component into AGV shuttle vehicles, supporting independent operation and reliably meeting the daily power requirements of automated material handling equipment.
With a compact energy density of 2496Wh in a lightweight 22kg package, the battery is ideally suited for narrow equipment cabinet spaces. It delivers a cycle life of 1600 cycles at 80% depth of discharge, offering lower total cost of ownership over its service life. The intelligent Battery Management System (BMS) provides real-time monitoring of voltage, current, and temperature, with comprehensive multi-level protection measures ensuring safe and reliable operation.
The TU-4852A12-R03 features a wide operating temperature range of -30°C to 60°C for discharge, making it suitable for both cold storage environments and high-temperature workshops.
